Heraclitus already said it more than 2,500 years ago: “reality is contradictory, variable, changing”. And today, these changes are becoming faster and more frequent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


And we must not forget that each time we set up a new organization, a new machine or a new process, we are changing the status quo and it is human nature to resist change: any change forces us to get out of our comfort zone and get into the unknown. This generates uncertainty, fear, stress. In addition, each person is different and will therefore react differently to the same situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • know how to act at any time to overcome resistance to change,<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • and give the necessary time to optimally adapt to the new situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The good news is that there are tools to become a change manager. Useful tools not only in the working\u00a0environment but also in the personal environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And these tools can be an additional step on the road to continuous improvement or a journey in itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
